substitute one which is of an
equal or higher specification
than that which was ordered.
Manufacturers are constanly
bringing out new and
improved designs and it is our
policy to supply you with the
latest models. In such cases we
will always notify the customer
BEFORE the order is processed.
In the case of floral
arrangements we may make
substitutions due to the
seasonality and availabilty of
local flowers. In these cases we
will make substitutions to an
